Intro to Coaching Workshop

"Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you. Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you." Zig Ziglar

As a SeattleCoach graduate (of either Coaching for Leaders or of one of our Flagship Cohorts), and now as a member of one of my advanced Supervision Cohorts, I invite you--and am licensing you--to add to your portfolio the option of teaching the two-hour

SeattleCoach®  “Intro to Coaching” Workshop

I've taught this two-hour workshop to:
  1. a leaders and their teams,
  2. to larger audiences of internal people managers and leaders,
  3. and to groups of leaders from different organizations.
Now, I’ve just reviewed my best materials and practices for teaching my “Intro to Coaching Workshops" and created direction and decks for you to use with your own opportunities.

Below are the four things you'll need . . .

FYI, in order to deliver the very best experience
to our coachees and their groups and teams, I tend to spend two to four hours of
preparation for every one hour of presenting

(Also FYI, when I see boldness in SeattleCoaches it charms me 😉)

  1. The Licensing Agreement and Guidelines for Teaching SeattleCoach® Intro to Coaching
  2. SeattleCoach® Intro to Coaching Objectives and Schedule
  3. The SeattleCoach® Intro to Coaching Workshop Deck
  4. The Play Cards (ask your participants to make hard copies in advance for use during the Workshop)
  5. A prep note to your sponsor
